Glen Eddy Pricing

Glen Eddy offers a variety of floor plans, including nine apartment styles and two cottage styles.

Pricing varies depending on the unit style and pricing option you choose. Our basic pricing is a 75 percent refundable entrance fee option. Entrance fees with this option begin at $174,380 and increase depending on the style of the unit. For example, the Ascot apartment (one bedroom), has an entrance fee of $174,380.

In addition to the entrance fee, there is a monthly service fee for the included services and amenities, such as meals. Service fees begin at $2,375 per month, and increase depending on the style of the unit. For example, the Ascot apartment (one bedroom) has a service fee of $2,375 per month.
